All 2 person rooms are equipped with Queensize box spring beds 160×210, bedside tables, a wardrobe and desk with chair. 2 shared bathrooms. The large bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and bath/shower and the smaller bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. (max 9 persons at full occupancy). All rooms are rented on a bed basis including bed and bath linen and tax

Of course, there is also the possibility to book breakfast, which can be booked during the reservation or during check-in. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30, in the communal kitchen in the annex or outside, depending on the season. These times can be adjusted in consultation..

It is also possible to use the washing machine, which is located in a separate room.

On the first floor there is also a cozy living room where you can use the television or enjoy the surroundings on the balcony. There is also a small space with a kitchenette where you can make a cup of coffee or tea

All rooms have the possibility to use the large shared kitchen and refrigerator in the annex. You can prepare your own breakfast, lunch or dinner here. The kitchen has a minimum of basic equipment. There is also a cozy fireplace where you can enjoy the warmth. You can also use our herbs in the garden to use in preparations.

Our estate features several open, unfenced areas, including lavender fields, a rose garden for relaxation, and a large lawn suitable for various activities. You will also find our swimming pool here, complete with sun loungers. Take a dip in the 7.5 by 3.5-meter pool, which uses a saltwater system—naturally converting salt into chlorine (a gentler option for both the environment and your skin; it is not seawater).
In our large, open-sided barn, you can enjoy the shade—whether you are with a small or large group. It is also a regular setting for convivial communal dinners and BBQ evenings. A beautiful, natural stream with small waterfalls runs alongside the garden, where we have created inviting, atmospheric seating areas.
Feel free to enjoy activities like badminton, yoga, soccer, and more. While these spaces are shared with other guests, the grounds are expansive enough to ensure you can still enjoy plenty of privacy and tranquility.

Unwind completely in our sauna or jacuzzi. The heat penetrates your muscles—a wonderful way to relax after an active day spent outdoors. It is the perfect spot to process the day’s impressions, chat about your experiences in peace, or plan your activities for the following day.

To cool off, you can make use of the outdoor shower, mist shower, or plunge tub.

You may book the sauna or jacuzzi for private use (or, by arrangement, share them with other guests if you prefer). Please note that the heater requires time to warm up; therefore, allow for at least 2 hours in advance.

We also have 2 mountain trails for the real sports enthusiasts to walk on our property. They are quite a hike but the view is fantastic! Trail 1 is a bit easier to walk and is 135m in height difference. Trail 2 has a height difference of 177m in 1.2 km so is a bit more challenging and also contains more rocks. These trails are indicated with signposts.

We will also regularly organize BBQ, Pizza and Pasta evenings. If you are interested, please let us know! Of course, the BBQ can also be used by our guests.

Did you bring your own (electric) bicycle or scooter? We have a separate closed space where you can neatly store it and possibly also charge it.
