We have a total of 4 rooms:
1x family room (summer) with double bed and a single bed
2x double room (spring and autumn) with double bed
1x double room (winter) with 2 single beds / can also be booked for 1 person with a discount
These are located on the second floor and are accessible via a staircase. The rooms are decorated in different styles and will represent the themes of the seasons. All double beds are Queensize box spring beds 160×210 and in every room bedside tables, a wardrobe and a desk with chair.
There are 2 shared bathrooms. 1 bathroom with a sunbed/shower, sink, toilet and bidet. 1 bathroom with a sink, toilet and hydrojet massage shower. (possibly private in combination with the summer room).
The summer room is the superior/ family room and is a very spacious room with extra single bed. The small bathroom can also be reserved as a private bathroom. This contains a toilet, sink and hydrojet massage shower. Please state your wishes when booking.
The Spring Room is a very bright room and has its own balcony
The Autumn Room is a beautiful cozy room
The Winter Room is a bright double room with 2 single beds (this room can also be booked for 1 person at a discount)
All rooms are rented on a bed basis, including bed linen, towels and taxes.
Of course, there is also the possibility to book breakfast, which can be booked during the reservation or during check-in. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30, in the communal kitchen in the annex or outside, depending on the season. These times can be adjusted in consultation.
There is also the possibility to use the washing machine that is located in a separate room.
On the floor there is also a cozy living room where you can use the television or enjoy the surroundings on the balcony. There is also a small space with kitchenette where you can make a cup of coffee or tea
All rooms have the possibility to use the large shared kitchen and refrigerator in the annex. You can prepare your own breakfast, lunch or dinner here. The kitchen has a minimum of basic equipment (salt, oil, etc.). There is also a cozy fireplace where you can enjoy the warmth. You can also use our herbs in the garden to use in preparations.
The garden is not fenced, but can be used for various purposes. We have a beautiful natural stream with small waterfalls along our garden where we also have nice seating areas. Relax on the sunbeds by the pool, swim in the 7.5×3.5 meter pool with a saltwater system where the salt is naturally converted into chlorine, which is better for the environment and the skin (it is not sea salt water), play badminton, yoga, football etc. The garden is shared, but is large enough for your own privacy and peace.
In our sauna you can completely relax. You feel the heat in your muscles and after a (strenuous) day in the open air that is nice and relaxing. A wonderful place to enjoy all the impressions gained and to talk about the experiences of the day in peace or to make plans for the next day.
The sauna is for a maximum of 4 people
You can use the shower to cool down.
You can rent the sauna privately (or share it with other guests). Due to the heating time of the stove, please reserve at least 2 hours in advance.
Rates per half day (3 hours):
€ 17.50 per person, minimum 2 persons (excluding use of bathrobe, towels but can be rented at an additional cost). Bring your own slippers.
We also have 3 hiking trails for the real sports enthusiasts to walk on our property. They are quite tough hikes but the view is fantastic! Trail 1 has a height difference of 135m and is 3.5 km long. Trail 2 has a height difference of 177m in 1.2 km and a total length of 7.5 km, so this is a bit tougher and also contains more rocks. These trails are indicated with signposts. Hiking trail 3 remains on our property and you walk along the rose field and has no special challenges and is 1.5 km.
We will also regularly organize BBQ, Pizza and Pasta evenings. If you are interested, let us know! Of course, the BBQ is also available for our guests to use.
Did you bring your own (electric) bike or scooter? We have a separate locked space where you can neatly store it and possibly also charge it.
