You can completely unwind in our wood fired barrel sauna. You feel the warmth in your muscles and after a (strenuous) day outdoors, it is wonderfully relaxing
The sauna is for a maximum of 4 people
You can rent the sauna privately (or share it with other guests).
Due to the heating time of the stove, please reserve at least 2 hours in advance.
You can use the shower, mist shower or natural stream course to cool down.
Rates per half day (3 hours):€ 17.50 per person, minimum 2 persons
Special sauna towels can be rented at an additional cost . Bring your own slippers, bathrobe.
House rules and the right steps to enjoy optimally
1/ Rinse off before using the sauna in the shower
2/ Leave slippers outside the cabin
3/ Take a seat in the cabin on a large bath towel (obliged) sit or lie completely on it, also with your feet. (Special sauna towel for rent €7.50)
4/ Turn over the hourglass
5/ Warm up for the first 5 minutes
6/ After warming up, pour 1 or 2 spoons of water over the stones. PLEASE NOTE!! Not too much water, otherwise the water will not be able to evaporate and the temperature will drop *There are various scents for sale for the sauna water for an optimal experience €3.50 per bucket
7/ Leave the sauna when the hourglass is empty and first walk outside for natural cooling
8/ To cool down you can use the mist shower, regular shower or natural stream
9/ Take a rest for at least 20 minutes and drink at least 0.5l of water before starting the next round
After the sauna, first rinse off in the shower before using our swimming pool for hygiene reason
